The Unlock an Upgrade promotion is available for new Agreement to Proceed (ATP) documents signed after 8am 3 November 2025 and before 5 pm, 31 January 2026.

To qualify for the promotion:

• The ATP deposit must be paid by 31 January 2026; and

• A G.J. Gardner Homes build contract must be signed, and the contract deposit paid, by 5 pm, 31 March 2026.

Eligibility for the offer is conditional upon a signed, unconditional G.J. Gardner Homes build contract (with deposit paid) before close of business, 31 March 2026.

The offer applies per dwelling and is capped at three (3) dwellings per private residential customer, on a per-build-contract basis.

Promotional offers are strictly limited (quantities determined by each supplier) and allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.

• Allocation order is determined by the date the ATP is signed and deposit paid, which establishes the customer’s position in the queue for their chosen offer.

Customers may select one offer only. No backup or alternative offer can be nominated. (Availability of remaining offers may be advised at the ATP presentation.)

This promotion does not apply to project or tendered work, including multi-unit developments, aged care, social housing, or similar. It also excludes any internal promotions or discounts.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless expressly approved by G.J. Gardner Homes.
G.J. Gardner Homes may, at its discretion, allow this promotion to be used alongside selected national promotions.

If an unforeseen delay occurs outside the control of the customer or G.J. Gardner Homes franchise, eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and continuation of the promotional offer will be at the discretion of G.J. Gardner Homes.

Should an allocated offer become unavailable, it will be reallocated to the next eligible customer based on the closest date of paid ATP.

Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash or credit value. They cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for any other product or monetary equivalent.

Participation in this promotion is subject to acceptance by the relevant participating G.J. Gardner Homes New Zealand franchise. Each franchise is independently owned and operated and reserves the right to decline any customer or project at its discretion.

G.J. Gardner Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Each promotional offer is subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions, including availability, specifications, and delivery timeframes. G.J. Gardner Homes is not responsible for any changes or substitutions made by suppliers.
